It is our pleasure to share with you today that All-American Co-op members voted to approve the merger of All-American Co-op and Ag Partners.  With this vote, the new cooperative, which will be called Ag Partners, will begin operations effective October 1, 2021.

As we work to integrate the two cooperatives into the new, unified cooperative, we are committed to preparing for a smooth transition that focuses on serving your needs and minimizing disruptions. While we recognize that businesses/cooperatives that go through changes often experience challenges, we will do our best to continue prioritizing our service to you, our valued member, throughout the transition. Our focus is on providing you the quality products and services you expect.

Again, thank you for your involvement in the governance of your cooperative. Together, we look forward to building a strong future for our cooperative for generations to come.
