Welcome New Employees!
McKinnen “Mac” Gartner joined us full-time in January as a Feed Mill Operator in our Stewartville location.
Although he lives in Preston, McKinnen is from Wykoff, MN. Mac grew up on a 500-head dairy farm called Rumpus Ridge Farms and participated in FFA before graduating from Fillmore Central High School.
McKinnen attended Northeast Iowa Community College, was in the military, and returned to Minnesota with a degree in Dairy Science.
McKinnen and his girlfriend, Ashley, just welcomed a baby boy, Cooper, to the family this April.
In his free time, McKinnen enjoys hunting, fishing, and farming.
Welcome to the AAC team, Mac!
From 2005 to 2012, Kevin Griffin was a member of the PAC/AAC agronomy team in St. Charles. Until January of this year, Kevin owned and operated his own dairy enterprise full-time. He re-joined the AAC team at the end of January in sales with the Elgin Agronomy team.
Kevin grew up on a dairy and crop farm SE of Rochester and participated in both 4-H and FFA before graduating from Stewartville. After splitting his collegiate career at RCTC and the U of M at St. Paul, he graduated with a B.S in Crop, Soil, and Pest Management.
Kevin and his wife, Holly, have four children: Mary, Liam, Jacob, and Hannah. Kevin enjoys being on the farm, taking care of their remaining dairy heifers, and helping his father with their crops growing corn, soybeans, oats, alfalfa, and winter rye. Welcome back, Kevin!
Evelyn Seffinga joined us full-time in March as the Marketing and Communications Director.
Evelyn grew up in Fall Creek, WI and graduated from Regis High School and later the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a degree in Multimedia Communication and Political Science. Evelyn’s background is built around sales, management, journalism, photography, and graphic design.
After moving many times around the Midwest, Evelyn and her husband, Matthew, now live in Chatfield with their 6-month old Labrador, Wells. Evelyn and Matt will welcome their first child in September! In her free time, she is usually working on home-improvement projects, working in a vegetable garden, or heading home to Wisconsin to see family. Welcome, Evelyn!
