HR Notes for January

- W-2’s will be sent out before the end of January. Please make sure the address on your paystub is correct as this is the address they will be sent to.
- 1095-C’s are due to employees by March 4th. These will be coming in the mail from All America Co-op. Blue Cross and Blue Shield will be mailing the 1095-B’s to medical participants by March 4th.
- The board or directors approved a profit share of 1.75% to employees for 2018. It takes some time for both Milliman and me to double check records and process the profit share. You can expect to see these funds in you 401(k) plans in March or April.
- Do you have a child pursuing a degree in agriculture? Because All American Co-op is a member of the Minnesota Grain and Feed Association (MGFA) children of our employees are eligible for the MGFA Scholarship.
