Informational Meeting Dates

Informational Meetings for members explaining the details of the proposed merger and to answer member questions will be held on the following dates:

AUGUST 3, 2021 at 6:00 pm

Members may vote after any of the above meetings or at the Special Meeting on August 5, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Stewartville Civic Center. If members cannot attend any of the informational meetings or the special meeting, please contact any member of the Board of Directors or managers of All-American Co-op to receive the ballot and envelopes to vote. If you are not voting at the meetings, your ballot must be received no later than August 4, 2021 at 5:00 pm. Once you have voted, you will not be permitted to change your vote.

If you have questions, please contact any of the Board of Directors or managers at All-American Co-op.

We encourage you to support the Plan of Merger with a YES vote. The Board of Directors has unanimously approved this merger and is excited to show you the opportunities this merger will create for All-American Co-op and its members.
